The Food Byte: Tiramisu

Here's what my mom made. Italy's traditional Tiramisu with a twist. This didn't last long enough at home for obvious reasons.

My mom should be a chef. No really. And so should my dad. Half the food entries on this blog are home-made dishes and they do taste something out of a hotel/restaurant. Not boasting here.

 I'd like to be as good in cooking as my parents are but I detest the kitchen and am only good in making desserts. Savoury food...not so much.

Let me put it this way- my mom showed me thrice how to make boiled rice...plain white rice. Till date, I have not mastered it. What's there to master? It should be real easy, right? NO.
